Shidokan Full-Contact Japanese Karate with Steven H. Lee

Steven H. Lee has been training in Japanese full-contact karate for more than 30 years. He started training in full-contact karate during high school in the US and has been in Hong Kong for more than 15 years.

Shidokan Karate incorporates karate, kickboxing and grappling as the original mixed martial arts style. Steven’s goal in teaching karate is to eliminate bullying in our society, to build up our youth through real martial arts training, and foster more understanding and friendship between nations and people. Steven is currently Branch Chief for Hong Kong and teaches at three dojos with adult and children members.

Steven is married with two children and is passionate about his work - China equity focused quantitative investing - in addition to teaching Shidokan Karate.

Gong Meditation with Dorothy Tong

Dorothy Tong, founder of Heart of Gong, a community-interest non-profit-making company; its purpose is to bring Quality Relaxation to participants through meditation with sound experiences and to improve their emotional well-being. She will guide you to experience the art of gong, through vibrations and frequency, which helps you to alleviate stress, relax muscles, and rejuvenate energy.

She is also a passionate dancer who practices Nihon Buyo (Japanese Traditional Dance) and a Natori (accredited master of performing arts) under Wakayagi Ryu in Japan.
