NEW YORK, October 2, 2014 — Trí Minh's Quartet combines electronica, acoustic instruments, and traditional Vietnamese techniques in a set of collaborative and improvised works. The group consists of Trí Minh on pianos and electronics; Pham Trà My on đàn tranh (a 16-string zither); Đức Minh on mouth harp; and Hà Đình Huy, drums and percussion. Joining them onstage is special guest Van-Anh Vanessa Vo, performing both solo and with the ensemble on danh tran zither.
