Asia Society of Northern California is delighted to support the Committee of 100 for a special screening of Abacus: Small Enough to Jail. This film documents the story of the the Sung family, founders of the only bank to be indicted after the 2008 financial crisis and their five year legal battle.
Each ASNC member and a guest are welcome to join director Steve James, producer Mark Mitten, Frances Reid, Rob Epstein and the Sung Family for the screening. A Q&A with Steve James, Mark Mitten and members of the Sung Family will follow the film, plus a reception afterwards.
Tickets are available on a first come, first serve basis to the first 30 Asia Society Northern California members. ASNC members, please use the password to register. Limit two tickets per member (ASNC member and guest).
