Chin Hock Seng, Consul General of Singapore (Consular Briefing Series)

The Consular Briefing Series is designed to engage Asian consulates and consulates with interests in Asia regarding issues in their countries, issues of relevance to Asia, and bilateral relations with India. Chin Hock Seng has been Consul General in Mumbai since January 2008. His last foreign posting before Mumbai was as Deputy High Commissioner in Kuala Lumpur. In his two-decade foreign service career, he has held senior positions covering Southeast Asia, North America, Europe, and Consular Affairs. Co-organised with the Four Seasons Hotel.
