Times Square Arts

Times Square Arts, the public art program of the Times Square Alliance, is the largest public platform for innovative contemporary performance and visual arts. With 312,000 daily visitors to Times Square in New York City, Times Square Arts is one of the highest profile public arts programs. Since its inception, Times Square Arts has featured works by a diverse group of nearly two hundred prominent and emerging artists, collaborating with contemporary artists to experiment and engage with one of the world’s most iconic urban places. Midnight Moment is the world’s largest and longest-running digital art exhibition, synchronized on electronic billboards throughout Times Square nightly from 11:57 p.m. to midnight.

Venue Information

Time Square is located at the intersection of Broadway and 7th Avenue, between 41st and 49th Streets. Midnight Moment is best viewed from Father Duffy Square, which is located between 45th and 47th Streets, Broadway and 7th Avenue.

Visitors can access Times Square every day by taking the A, C, E, N, Q, R, W, 1, 2, 3, and 7 subways as well as the 42nd Street Shuttle to 42nd Street-Times Square.

A variety of dining options may be found at the Times Square Market (TSQ MKT), an outdoor food market spread across the Broadway Pedestrian Plazas. TSQ MKT is open daily from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m., with some vendors open from 7 a.m. to midnight.
