Across Asia: a Human Rights Perspective
On April 25, Asia Society Southern California will present "Across Asia: a Human Rights Perspective" breakfast presentation with Brad Adams, Executive Director, Asia Division, Human Rights Watch. The dynamics unfolding in Asia today will reverberate for generations. From the elections in Burma to the U.S. withdrawal from Afghanistan; from China's increasing overseas aid and investment programs, to the tsunami's after effects in Japan. Join Brad Adams as he discusses these events through the prism of strengthening the role of civil society and the rule of law in countries across the continent.
