Sudarshan Shetty, at His Studio
VIEW EVENT DETAILSJoin internationally renowned contemporary artist Sudarshan Shetty at his studio, where he will give a presentation about his extensive body of work, including the recent (2010) exhibition at the Dr. Bhau Daji Lad Museum, his flying bus installation in BKC, and the current large outdoor installation at the Kochi-Muziris Biennale in Kerala.

Sudarshan Shetty's work has been exhibited all over the world, in numerous traveling surveys of contemporary Indian art, and at institutions including the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum; Singapore Art Museum; Tate Modern, London; and Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, New York. He received a BFA from Sir J.J. School of Art in 1985, and is represented by Gallery SKE, Bangalore; Galerie Daniel Templon, Paris; and Jack Tilton Gallery in New York. He is currently based in Mumbai.
