Fees and Discounts

With one registration fee, you can participate in nine plenary sessions and select from over twenty break-out sessions. You will also have dedicated time to work together in school, district, and state teams to plan programs and their expansion. Meet exhibitors who will showcase a range of international education products and services. A special Thursday night dinner, refreshments, plus Friday and Saturday lunches, are provided. Please note that breakfasts and Friday night dinner are on your own.

Individual Registration $550 per person

Group Registration $500 per person

To get a group registration discount, please designate a team leader who will contact Asia Society for a coupon code. Teams have two registration options:

Option 1: The team leader may enter each team member's name (including preferred name badge display), dietary preferences, and a functioning e-mail address (one that is accessible during the summer), and provide one credit card number to secure team payment; or

Option 2: The team leader may distribute the coupon code so each team member may register him or herself.
