Thai Dipping Suce
Ingredients
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons fish sauce
3 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons white or light palm sugar
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
2 tablespoons finely sliced fresh bird's eye chilies
Directions
Combine all ingredients and stir until sugar dissolves. Serve as a dipping sauce or salad dressing.
